We are seeking a Product Manager (Landscape), working from Calhoun, GA (hybrid) and reporting to the Vice President of Landscape in Calhoun, GA.
The Landscape Product Manager will be responsible for coordinating and planning multiple projects simultaneously to ensure Landscape projects progress within scope, schedule, and budget for FieldTurf, a world leader in artificial turf with over 25,000 installations worldwide. It is the most trusted brand in the industry, providing athletes with safety and performance across sports like football, soccer, baseball, and rugby. FieldTurf is expanding into landscape offerings, and developing new products is critical to our future success. FieldTurf is part of Tarkett Sports, which offers architectural design, full-scope construction services, and a comprehensive portfolio of sports surfacing systems, delivering a seamless turnkey experience for clients.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate internal and external testing and certifications on products and sports fields.
- Act as the point of contact with external test laboratories, clients, and internal project management teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Own the creation, maintenance, and distribution of all product specifications. Collaborate with operations and sales teams on custom bidding, specification requests, and new product updates.
- Communicate internally and externally regarding changes in product certifications and specifications.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Project Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Sample departments on product development and management projects. Present progress as part of the Compass process.
- Contribute to product-related planning and strategy discussions.
- Lead project technical review update calls.
- Lead product market fit evaluations and related processes.
- Report on key metrics for product success and material requirements, making recommendations as needed.
Experience & Education Desired
- 3+ years of product development experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly yarn extrusion and tufted products.
