You will be responsible for growing our sales pipeline, meeting top-line revenue goals, and ensuring that we generate new and recurring business through various sales segments. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of occupancy and profitability through coordination with department managers • Generate new revenue by using a targeted outbound sales strategy that includes personal calls in your network, phone solicitation to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups or corporations • Evaluate information gathered from market data and create a plan to meet design marketing deliverables, hotel financial goals, and create an annual sales forecast • Organize meetings with department heads, report on sales activity for the previous and upcoming weeks, and produce a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenses Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • We prefer someone with prior hospitality experience but is not required • Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing • Must be able to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills Compensation: $50,000 +
