Job Title: Director of Sales

We're seeking a dedicated Director of Sales to help our busy hotel achieve its sales objectives. You will be responsible for expanding our sales pipeline, reaching top-line revenue goals, and generating new and recurring business across various sales segments. The ideal candidate is a leader, innovator, and hardworking professional with at least 2 years of sales experience. Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain high occupancy and profitability in coordination with department managers.
  2. Generate new revenue through targeted outbound sales efforts, including personal calls within your network, phone outreach to local professionals, travel agencies, and corporate groups.
  3. Analyze market data to create plans that meet marketing, financial, and sales forecast goals.
  4. Organize meetings with department heads, report on sales activities, and prepare monthly expense reports related to hotel sales.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven success in sales, including lead generation and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation

$50,000+ annually
