Nash Plumbing and Mechanical LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Building Information Modeling (BIM) Piping Detailer to assist in the day-to-day drawing, layout, and detailing of all Nash PM BIM Projects.Responsibilities* Prepare Shop Drawings for field instillation* Prepare Fabrication Spools of Coordinated Systems* Creation of Trimble/Hilti Total station Point layout files* Assist in the Creation of Revit Families* Learn to Create and Understand Plumbing and Mechanical System ModelsPreferred Qualifications* Entry Level Position No Experience Required* Knowledge of Revit/CAD & Bluebeam Preferred* Experience with Microsoft Office Apps* Oral and Written Communication Skills* Organizational/Time Management Skills with the ability to multitask several projects at one time
