Description:

Honda of Ocala is looking to hire friendly Receptionists for our dealership! Part-time available to start, with probable availability to transition to full time. Pay rates starting at $14-16 per hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
  • Assist with administrative duties which include:

    • Data Entry
    • Keeping Accurate Records
    • Organizing Files/Records


Requirements

  • Receptionist Experience is Required
  • Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Keep Accurate Records
  • Detail Oriented
  • Time Management Skills
  • Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
  • Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
  • Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
  • Ability to be a Team Player
  • Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
