We are looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee and support the order fulfillment operations in our cannabis manufacturing facility. You will be the one to ensure product quality standards and inventory integrity are maintained for your department. The production supervision duties are mostly hands-on and direct in nature and require substantial time be spent on the plant floor working closely and directly with all production employees. Responsibilities Work cooperatively with sales to receive orders through tracking system (Leaf. Trade) Train and develop a high performing team Organize employees to pull orders and validate 100% accuracy Confirm products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers Maintain inventory reports, and inventory alignment between Metrc and Leaf.
