Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Greets all employees in a friendly, helpful manner to learn of the service need from Human Resources. When possible, will respond to the service need by providing the requested information and or assistance in completing various human resources forms. Answers phone calls within 3 rings in a friendly manner and offers appropriate assistance. Updates as needed the hourly job opening posting. Assists in screening applicants. Sends out the weekly response to applicants that are not selected for employment. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information. Assist with new job offers, new employee paperwork including I-9s. Processes as needed background checks and reports any concerns that are reported back from background company.
