The World Equestrian Center located in Ocala, Florida is searching for a Facilities Manager to join our team!
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management of services and processes that support the core business of the facility, and property quick service outlets. In addition, the Facilities Manager will manage the cleanliness of the arenas, expo centers and stadium. The Facilities Manager is involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to the Facilities Departments. It also means assisting in training, coaching and development of team members, and attend all mandatory meetings.
